Information collected

When you send a booking enquiry, we receive the details you enter:

• Name
• Email address
• Venue / company (optional)
• City (optional)
• Event date (optional)
• Message

The site also records anonymous page statistics: which page was visited and which buttons or outbound links were clicked, with the time. No name, email, IP address, cookie or device identifier is stored with these statistics.

Purpose

Booking information is used only to receive, review, respond to and manage your enquiry. It is not used for marketing, is not added to any mailing list and is not shared with advertising platforms. Anonymous statistics are used only to understand how the site is used.

Legal basis

Processing your enquiry is necessary to respond to your request before potentially entering into an agreement for a booking. Anonymous statistics rely on a legitimate interest in understanding site use; they contain no personal identifiers. Consent is not currently used as a legal basis.

Recipients and processors

Enquiries and statistics are stored in the website's hosted database, provided through Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase infrastructure). The website itself is hosted by Lovable. No other recipients receive your enquiry.

Data location and transfers

These providers may process data on servers outside your country, including outside the EU. Where that happens, it relies on the safeguards those providers offer. Ask us if you want more detail.

Retention

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting booking, and are deleted on request. No automatic deletion period is currently enforced.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Stored enquiries cannot be read back through the public website; access is restricted to the site operator.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy where data portability applies. If consent is ever used, you may withdraw it at any time. Send requests to bookings@formkreis.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. See Cookies for details.
